CHESHIRE, Conn, November 2, 2010 – Calcagni Associates President, Steve Calcagni, today announced that after spending almost twenty years as Sales Manager of the company’s Wallingford office, Linda Hofbauer has decided to retire from her management role in the company. Linda has been a Sales Manager with Calcagni Associates since 1991 and played an instrumental role in establishing their Wallingford office. “Real estate is a career that I have always been passionate about because it blends my love for people, family, friends and community with my knowledge of real estate.” said Hofbauer.

With Hofbauers’s departure comes the appointment of Joel Grossman as the new Sales Manager for Calcagni’s Wallingford office. Joel has specialize in residential sales since 1982 and has been part of the Calcagni team since1992. Joel has earned Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate REALTOR® Institute designations. He has consistently been a top producing agent and has managed several new construction projects over the years. “Joel’s experience, energy, creativity and problem solving skills are what I believe will enable him to lead our Wallingford sales team to continued success” added Steve Calcagni.
