The sale consisted of a portfolio of properties, 33-39 North Main Street & 24-25 Wallace Avenue.
Originally built in 1863, the historic building on North Main Street is a downtown Wallingford centerpiece and home to several iconic local businesses, including Archie Moore’s, Craig Jewelers, and Divinely Rooted Yoga & Pilates. The property is mixed-use and also features 19 residential apartments. 24-25 Wallace Ave is home to Center Street Brewery, a local favorite. The sale also highlights the continued strength and evolution of Wallingford’s downtown market.
This transaction marks one of the largest commercial sales in recent company history for Calcagni Real Estate.
