Personal Background:

I have been involved in all aspects of real estate for over 30 years. I began my real estate career in 1989 in commercial sales and went on to own several companies all centered around real estate investment. My wife and I currently own and manage a portfolio of income properties that include commercial uses, residential apartments and a hotel in the the State of Vermont. I have been a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser for 20 years, in CT. For the last 10 years I have owned and operated Rebuilt Homes, LLC which has become one of the largest single family home flipping companies in the State of CT. Out of that business, was created a unique marketing concept called The House That Social Media Built, whereby houses are designed with social media followers prior to being re-marketed for sale. I reside in Southington with my wife Tina and our children Anthony, Lucca and Francesca Mia – and Oreo the dog.
