REALTOR at Calcagni Real Estate
I worked in law enforcement for 23 years and started to want a change. I wanted to try something I thought I could do well at, but something I still had to work for. I’ve watched my sister be a hard-working, successful realtor for many years. I saw a link between law enforcement and real estate, they were both ways to serve people!
Of course, I knew of the good reputation from my sister. But it wasn’t until I attended a company meeting that I knew this was the place for me. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and so supportive. Seeing this first-hand cemented my decision to join Calcagni.
I was born and raised in New Haven, and I’ve lived in North Haven for many years now.
I love New Haven! It sounds so cliché, but we have the best pizza. No debate! I also love the rich history of Connecticut. It was so cool to play Little League as a kid right around the corner from places where Revolutionary War battles happened.
I love being active or finding ways to be outside. I enjoy spending time tending to my garden, where I raise chickens. In the winter, I love snowboarding. I also practice Jiu-Jitsu!
I wish I had more of a talent for music. I’ve been trying to learn guitar since I was a teenager. My son, however, is very musical, so I enjoy watching him show his talent!
Island Falls, Maine! My uncle had a cabin there; it sits on 100 acres on a lake. I started going there as a kid, and my family still visits. We spend time outside hiking, kayaking, and it’s a great place to be!
I had a great childhood. It’s hard to pick just one favorite moment. I think my favorite memory is more of a collection of memories. My big Italian family would get together once a week for dinner. I loved spending that time with my family, and it was a huge piece of my childhood.
