I had told Norine over 18 months ago that if “X” went on the market to contact me. “X” did, she did, and now I own a home I was looking for! Since I had to work with her long-distance, it could have been difficult, but Norine made the process proceed smoothly and stresslessly. I highly recommend this agent!

Being in her presence for a little more than an hour and getting to speak to her in another 15-20 minutes one on one, I was able to see that this woman has a ora that you would love to keep around for more than just being your agent, but as friend.

Her “local knowledge, honesty & Integrity?” By far Nori, (My New Short name for her) is a “FIVE” out of five stars. You can tell she is from the area for years and not just here to sell a house, she is rooted in the neighborhood. I would get over my fear of heights in a tenth of a second if she would have said,”Franklyn, let me take you on a birds eye view in the helicopter.” Do you see my face? ( O_o). I trust her from this short period of time from the things mentioned and said, to the point she can be the pilot in the Chopper!

Responsiveness, I can only give a 5 and not a 7 out of five (LOL) because things are near perfect the way they were. Let me explain. The site Zillow and Trulia gave me another agent to the point I wish I was blessed to have had Nori Norinne as my agent but I am happy I found her, PERIOD eventually.

I know I know I’m writing too much but you have to understand. I am a very social person and I LOVE great people that are genuine. You will love this half woman and Half amazing human being because she is genuine and you do not get the typical sales person feel from her! Keep in mind you as the reader, can’t tell if I’m writing this for her just to blow smoke and make a review look good. Hell no!!! For one, I don’t smoke so blowing it in your faces is futile.

Norinne helped me purchase my new home in Middlebury Ct. She was just outstanding. Her knowledge in the real estate market is second to none. She was professional, patient and honest. I recommend her to all interested in buying or selling their home.

I met Norinne after I contacted her about a house I was interested in looking at. It ended up I bought a different home, only after looking about 5 or 6 or so. She was very thorough. Norinne kept on track as to what I was looking for, never showed me anything that was out of my reach monetarily (which was very important to me). Norinne worked with us for many, many months. We were out of state at the time but that didn’t make any difference to her. She never once showed any frustration at our indecision or constantly changing plans. She returned calls immediately and kept us in the know at all times. She worked her fingers to the bone for us, even staying at the house we finally decided to buy when it appeared there was a problem with the natural gas. We cannot say enough good about her and her professionalism.
