We’re pleased to welcome Samantha Pacelli to our Guilford office, located on the green at 25 Boston Street. Samantha is a Connecticut native residing in the Branford area. No stranger to the housing market, Pacelli opened a mortgage firm in 2001 where she shared her vast knowledge of the lending process with Connecticut homebuyers. After wishing for a more hands-on real estate experience, Samantha obtained her real estate license and went on to buy, remodel, and sell homes for the next five years. “It was such an exciting experience!” commented Pacelli.
Samantha decided to take a hiatus from real estate, start a family and return to college, where she obtained her bachelor’s in psychology and master’s in special education.
“The time is right for me to join the exciting real estate world again!” said Samantha.
