Please join us in welcoming Realtor Alisia Ceddia, who has recently joined our Cheshire office. A lifelong Connecticut resident, Alisia has been living in Cheshire since 2009. After 25 years in retail management—including as a cosmetics business manager and a visual coordinator specializing in merchandizing—Alisia knew it was time for a career change and made the leap to real estate. A self-proclaimed “real estate nerd,” Alisia is thrilled to blend her talent for working with the public with her keen interest and appreciation for real estate. “It was important to me to work with a company that has a vested interested in the communities it serves, as well as a vested interest in their agents,” she says of choosing to join Calcagni Real Estate. When she is not helping her clients buy and sell their homes, you can find Alisia taking advantage of Cheshire’s reputation as the “Bedding Plant Capital of Connecticut” and gardening with plants from local nurseries, or renovating the home she shares with her husband and two children.
