I am an active real estate broker associate for Calcagni Real Estate. I’ve been in the real estate business for over seven years. I sit on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Realtors and Mid-State Association of Realtors. Throughout my career, I have handled over 20MM worth of resale transactions in addition to built and sold new construction developments. (Recent Development, City Point Landing, New Haven CT)

I utilize my marketing and technology background to actively market and SELL properties. My bachelor’s degree in Accounting and MBA from Quinnipiac University provided a great foundation for such a number-driven industry!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE LOCAL SPOT?

In Southington, I’d say my favorite local spot is Pat’s Ice Cream on Main Street. The owner and staff are extremely friendly, the ice cream (both Oreo & chocolate chip sandwiches) are amazing!

In Niantic, I am a big supporter and a major investor of a popular Italian Restaurant called Castello of Niantic. Castello’s has been a family owned and operated restaurant since 2012. We serve authentic Italian meals, fresh seafood, thin crust pizza to enjoy both on site and for take-out.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TIME OF YEAR IN CONNECTICUT?

My favorite time of the year in Connecticut is the fall. Nothing beats the cool air, foliage, and a night-time bonfire with a sweatshirt and shorts!

WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY?

At a very young age, I was raised with a mindset to work hard now so one day, I can support and provide for my family. I’ve worked hard and enjoyed ‘making money’ since the age of twelve. Making money used to be my motivation of what made me happy (or at least I thought so). As I got older, I learned that money makes the world go round, but there were finer things in life that money couldn’t buy. Since then, I’ve gotten married (2019), had my first child (Joseph Eduardo, 2022) and I can confidently say spending valuable time with my wife, my son, and of course my puppy (Fiona) makes me the happiest. Continuously upholding my values, morals, and hard work ethic that I was built upon, has transformed me to become a top producing real estate broker who devotes time to my awesome clients, and simultaneously my family for which I am so blessed to have.
