I grew up in Cheshire, graduated from college, got married and have 2 beautiful daughters. My husband and I bought a piece of land and built and designed our first home. When my girls were 7 and 4 years old, my husband (their dad) passed away from ALS. I then purchased a very tired home that I gutted, remodeled and expanded, and the three of us live there today. After that project, I became a Real Estate Agent with Calcagni Real Estate and wouldn’t work for anyone else. I love my two beautiful daughters, our home, and I love my job.

Although I am able to buy/sell anywhere in Connecticut, I like to focus on towns and areas that I am familiar with. I love Cheshire because I grew up here and am raising my children, but I also am very familiar with the surrounding local towns as well.
One of my best qualities is that if I believe in something, I will fight with everything I have & can find, to get to the end result.
I like to sing and can actually carry a tune too. I don’t do karaoke, and I would never join a band. But I do like to sing and like it even more when my girls sing along when we’re driving. I’ve sung at a few friends’ and family’s weddings, but only because I was dared (and a few cocktails in). I wouldn’t say I’m good, but I know my kids don’t laugh at me, so I can’t be that bad.
I worked for a private investigator when I was in college and a few years after. It was the most fun I have ever had. I did everything from spying on people to pretending I was someone else to obtain needed information. Hands down best job!!
I always wanted my law degree. I wanted to fight for what I believed in. It wasn’t until I became an adult that I realized that lawyers don’t always believe in what they are fighting for and sometimes are just fighting on their client’s behalf.
I love to listen to my two girls laugh. The sound of their laughter fills my heart with so much joy that sometimes it’s overwhelming. I always believed laughter was contagious, and it is. There is no better sound, than the sound of a child’s pure laughter, especially when it’s my child.
My favorite childhood memory is playing with my neighbors in the cul-de-sac in front of my home. Those friendships formed bonds that I still have with many of them today. Some I even call my family.
