How long have you live in Connecticut?
I have been in CT for the past 40 years. Moving from Ohio, I instantly fell in love with CT and feel the same way all these years later. If you take a short ride from wherever you live, you will find a lovely back road, a great “local” restaurant, and always some wonderful people.
How did you become a REALTOR?
Many years ago I was a bookkeeper at an interior design studio. I loved looking through the wallpaper, furniture, and fabric books. I later opened my own wallpapering business. I soon discovered that not only could I wallpaper homes, but I could actually sell them! And here I am, 20 years later still happily with Calcagni.
What is your motto?
I read this long ago and try to incorporate it in my daily life in some little way; “the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” Gandhi. Real estate allows me to work for and with you to find that perfect home.
What is your best strength?
First time buyers are always special to me. I tend to be a very patient person and truly enjoy giving them the extra TLC they need to help them through the sales process.
What is your favorite vacation spot?
Mine is simple and very much within reach… walking the beach at Watch Hill. That gorgeous spot never grows old.
