What’s your favorite local spot?

I have lived in Connecticut my entire life and love living in Wallingford it has so much to offer no matter what you are looking to do.
The center of town offers many great restaurants and cafés, and is family friendly but also a nice area to have a date night if you wanted to stay local.
Doolittle Park is another favorite with the playscape which makes it a great place to bring the kids and have a picnic lunch.
And let’s not forget the vineyards in Wallingford, they are a wonderful place to visit since there is nothing better than going to either vineyard on a beautiful day, bringing some snacks, sitting outside and enjoying a glass of wine.

What are some of your hobbies and interests?

Spending time with my kids is one of my favorite things to do, I love taking them for walks in our neighborhood and feeding the local ducks. That is why I love Wallingford since I love to be outside and it could be 7am in the morning and if my kids ask to go outside and play I can say yes. I live in a quiet, woody neighborhood, but if I need something route 5 is not that far away.

Why did you choose to get into real estate?

They say you should find something you love to do and then it wouldn’t be a job and this is it for me. I have always loved looking at houses and seeing the character of them and then matching that house with a person/family. My husband has purchased and sold homes that have needed to be remodeled and I have enjoyed seeing them transform so pursuing a real estate career was such a natural fit for me.

Why did you choose Calcagni?

Calcagni has such a team environment and are all there to help each other. It was nice to hear that there is so many tenure realtors with the company and they absolutely love what they do, to me that speaks volumes for what kind of company they are.
