How long have you lived in Connecticut?

Born and raised.

What part of Connecticut do you live in and why?

I grew up in New Haven County, where I still reside.

What is your favorite local spot?

The shoreline!

What is your favorite time of year?

Fall. I love the cool mornings and evenings with the nice sunshine during the day. The colors are beautiful and I enjoy the light snow that doesn’t last.

What makes you happy?

Watching my husband coach basketball, spending time with my grandchildren, small get away trips, and relaxing with a James Patterson Book.

What is your favorite childhood memory?

Going to Pennsylvania, where both my mom and dad’s family are to visit my cousins, as adults we don’t get to see each other that often.

If you moved today and only had one box to take with you, what would you put in it?

My photo albums, scrapbooks, and home movies.

How long have you been part of the Calcagni team?

I was lucky enough to join my Calcagni family in 2016.

Why did you choose Calcagni?

The training and support here has been amazing.

“My friends and I were lost trying to find a house to rent before contacting Deborah. As the four of us were all men in our 20’s, it was difficult to find a nice house that was willing to rent to us. Deborah helped us accomplish our goal; securing an incredible house at an outstanding price. I would not hesitate to recommend Deborah to any friend, colleague, or acquaintance. Deborah is professional, personable, and gets the job done. We could not be happier with our experience.

” This message is to announce how AMAZING Debbie Yachtis is to work with!
Debbie has been facilitating the sale of our home in CT for us as we have already relocated to SC – and she is terrific.
