About Bianca Souza

Personal Background:

I am a lifelong resident of Wallingford, Connecticut and almost feel of Calcagni too. My mother has been a Real Estate agent in our Wallingford office since I was a little girl and I loved visiting with her. When I got the opportunity to join the Calcagni team just two days after my senior prom I was so excited and I have been here and loved it ever since!

Education:

I have an Associate’s Degree from Gateway Community College in Business Administration and I will be receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Southern Connecticut State University in 2020.

Awards/ Accolades:

Member of Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society

  • I have volunteered with the Connecticut Tigers Winter Guard since 2013! The CT Tigers is an independent winter guard for performers with special needs. The group works to transform disabilities into abilities by creating one-on-one mentor relationships with local students that help to teach and perform a color guard routine. We perform at WGI tournaments and Special Olympics events all over the northeast. I was a mentor- or “buddy”- until 2017, when I became a staff member for the group! I love being part of such a wonderful organization and find it to be so rewarding.

  • I love so many things about Connecticut, but the fall season is my favorite. Besides the beautiful scenery and weather, I’m a sucker for sweaters and boots, apple cider donuts, and of course, watching the Patriots dominate the NFL.
