What are your hobbies or interests?

I love tinkering in my garden. It’s dangerous living in the Bedding Plant Capital of Connecticut when the local nurseries have the most beautiful selections, and I want to take home ALL the plants.

What talent do you wish you had?

I wish I had kept up with guitar lessons as a teenager so I could jam with my husband, who is an avid guitar player.

What is your favorite childhood memory?

As a young kid, my father would take me to the pond behind Cheshire Academy. We would fish for blue gills and catfish, and occasionally hook a snapping turtle. Dad would handle the slimy parts of fishing, and gave me the glory of hooking and reeling in the catch. As I got older, I took the reins with the good, the bad, and the slimy, but I hold those memories close to my heart.
