How long have you lived in Connecticut?

I have resided in Connecticut for 28 years.

What part of Connecticut do you live in and why?

I live in Central (Wallingford) and enjoy it because it’s such an easy commute to larger cities but we have a small town feel.

What’s your favorite local spot?

There are so many great places in Connecticut. Being in central Connecticut allows for quick drives to places like Blue Back Square or my favorite restaurant, Max Downtown.

What’s your favorite time of year in Connecticut?

I love the changing of the seasons. I truly love them all, except the winters that have been very extreme lately.

What tip would you give someone moving to your hometown?

I would suggest for them to get involved. It’s a large town but the same faces seem to be involved in major projects. New faces and change is always good.

What makes you happy?

Being a mother of three, my kids are first on the list but lifting weights and working out with my husband is a close second.

What’s your favorite childhood memory?

My favorite childhood memory would include any Christmas Eve celebration. Since I am from Poland, my family and especially my mother, created the warmest, most fondest memories the night before Christmas.

If you moved today and only had one box to take with you, what would you put in it?

I would take as many pictures from around the house that I could. I love my old family photos and that is something you can never replace. I would also want to take my iphone!!!
