After all, it’s not every day that the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of CT honors you with such distinction! But just in case you missed it, here are the HOBI Awards Calcagni Real Estate won and a bit about the agents who helped secure them.
2022 Best Sales Team, Hartford County
Calcagni Real Estate agents Brandon D’Angelo & Juanita Champagne were named 2022 Best Sales Team, Hartford County, for their work at The Yorkshire in Farmington. This outstanding team went above and beyond to help Connecticut homebuyers customize their new construction townhomes to make each home feel unique and fit for their lifestyles – all within the constraints of a condo environment! Since January 1, 2021, these two REALTORS® closed 13 townhomes and have 4 more under contract, with sales totaling just shy of $10MM.
2022 Best Sales Team, Middlesex County
Keeping new construction on schedule is no easy task, but the 2022 Best Sales Team, Middlesex County duo of Daniela Volo and Maryam Taylor, sure make it look effortless! This sales team represents Arbor Meadows in Cromwell. They were recognized for their dedication to helping their clients customize their new construction homes while ensuring their move-in timelines stayed on track. The homes at Arbor Meadows are semi-custom to custom in nature and require a tremendous amount of organization and new construction know-how to take buyers on a journey from contract to close. This seasoned team has closed 14 homes and secured 10 more contracts since January 1, 2021, with sales totaling just over $15MM.
2022 Best Sales Team, New Haven County
Calcagni Real Estate agents Kristin Daly Murphy & Bridie Bradbury have worked tirelessly to help Connecticut home buyers find their dream homes at Pierpont Hill in North Haven. They have a knack for “matchmaking” the right home to the right homebuyer, and with $17MM in sales since January 1, 2021, it shows. Their clients come first, and thanks to them, 22 homeowners will be ringing in the holiday season in their beautiful new homes this year, while 19 more are now under contract and looking forward to doing the same in 2023!
It is important to note that all three of our award-winning sales teams are Certified New Home Specialists and Residential Construction Certified. Calcagni Real Estate has a long-standing history of representing Connecticut’s builders and new construction, with 144 closed communities under our belt. We couldn’t be prouder of these sales teams and their achievements.
