Seven years, but having been raised in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, I have always been very familiar with Connecticut.
We chose to live in Southington because of its central location, its cozy New England feel and its reputation as a nice town with good schools. Oh, and of course it was close to both my family and my husband’s family, which is important to us.
With two young boys…usually the living room but J. Timothy’s is nice!
Autumn! I love fall! I got married in October – you cannot beat fall in New England – the crisp cool air and the anticipation of the upcoming holidays!
Get out there and meet people! Get involved! There are some really great people here in Southington.
My kids, my family, being surrounded by good people, vacations, road trips, wine night with the girls and anything having to do with a spa!
Playing “GHOST” with my parents. I am an only child and sometimes while mom and I were busy doing something, the lights in the house would start to go out one by one. We would have to search, while screaming “DAD!” until we found him – so much fun.
Well, I would have to find a way to stuff my two boys in there because I couldn’t live without them! And of course my husband too. If there was still room, I would need to pack my camera so I could continue torturing them all with my obsession to create the perfect family photo!
I joined the team in 2012.
